Description:
A scheduling program to record your start/end times, lunch start/end times, hours worked, date, if you open or close the business, set alarms, and work related notes.
There are seven tabs corresponding to each day of the week.
After adding all your work schedules or your employees work schedules, tap on Table to see who is working.
The dates are all listed chronologically. Then you can sort by employee.
Tap on the Tap/Total field after each sort to update the number of hours worked.
Update Description:
- Added alternating row color to the table which makes the rows easier to view.
- This feature requires OS 3.5 or Higher.
- The program itself will still work with OS 3.0 or higher.
- Added a popup to activate the built in palm address book, calculator, datebook, memo pad, and todo list.
- Tap the top menu bar and select the appropriate program to activate it.
- To exit the programs, tap on the Palm hardware key "HOUSE" and you will be returned to McSchedule.

Finally someone makes a decent freeware scheduling program. I'm actually surprised at how robust this program is. This could surely compete with retail software that is out there right now. In fact, I love freeware, but I have to admit that it could be sold retail, and I'd consider buying it. Has some excellent features... I think it's worth the download. Kudos to the Author!

Good for keeping track of employees schedules. I only wish it started the week on Sunday and that it was a little more user friendly. With some practice it is very useful.

Works fine on my Handspring Visor Platinum. Useful for scheduling employees, also works for keeping track of staff or volunteers. Would be even better with a graphical time display in addition to the "Table" view. Anyone who manages a lot of people doing something at a single site should check this one out. The developer is very responsive to input.
