Excellent application, does exactly what it says it will do. Simple, straight forward and easy to use yet accurate. There is just one thing I can think of as an improvement, that is to be able to see the monthly insurance, tax and principal amounts along with a monthly payment total. Possibly in a future update?

This is the best (simple, effective) calculator in this category. Works for general payment functions too, just leave the insurance and taxes fields blank. I use it to find payments for businesses that I buy and sell.
