Description:
pTapeCalc is a pocket calculator with a simulated tape, where data is stored.
It's possible to edit the tape; recalculations are made automatically.
It will be expecially useful for sums of many items, giving the chance to check and correct single items.
Being a software for Palm (but not only Palm), it's even more useful, as you may use it everywhere.

Would you believe that I downloaded your new tape-calculator application shortly after it was posted on Freeware Palm? The display is easy to read, and yes, it brings back to me memories of the 1980's Texas Instruments calculator which also had a separate display window to show all the numbers that would be calculated into one answer in the other window. I do not yet know how long I intend to keep the newest freeware product, but it may be until at least January 6, 2008. Only the inability to show zero as its last number after a decimal point (for example, 7.50 is showing as 7.5) keeps "Tape Calc" from making it a sure thing now--at least for me. Otherwise, the product had no problems whatsoever in its downloading!
