Slick little app. Very versatile. It's the best piece of freeware,for it's purpose, that I've run across. A root / exponent function could be added for the really complicated finance stuff. But, hey . . . nice work.

This program works very fine. The Period must be in the same 'unit' than the interest rate. If the rate is annual, of course the period must be too. Very good work.

Can solve the year/month problem by dividing I/12 and using months instead of years.

Only calculates annual payments. Needs to be adjustable for monthly, quaterly, etc. This would then be a very handy application.

Calculations are only correct if you change the input variable "Periods" to "Years". (You should be able to specify the length of the period).
