It is designed to be as quick and simple to operate as possible and works even if your Palm is switched off or reset.

While the Palm built-in Alarm clock is great for waking you or reminding you of an appointment, if you just need to time how long to cook a steak on the BBQ, or a reminder of a meeting in 15 minutes etc.

CFB Timer is easier to use.

I love it, as I have an event to attend to at work every 45 min. I wish it had and hour button along with the minutes and seconds button. I love the touch button interface. Great when your in a hurry. Simple with small footprint. One of my main applications.

Very practical. Just note that in counts up to 100 minutes, and not just to 99, since you can set 99 minutes plus 60 seconds = 100' It would be ideal for the kitchen a version with multiple clock running at the same time, or multiple alarms.

Seems to work, but count down display does not work. Using a Palm V with OS v3.1.1.
