You can set the interval to one of several pre-selected times.
For instance, you can be Pester''d every 5 minutes or every 30 minutes.

Why?
I''ve found several instances where I wished I had a self-setting alarm to remind me of something.

For example, while I''m working on the computer (especially at night in my dim computer dungeon) I set the Pester time for 20 minutes.

Then every 20 minutes I take my eyes off the monitor to rest them and exercise my hands for a minute or two.

If you need it, you need it.

Very Good program. I have spent 3 days looking for an application to give me an hourly beep. And as for the GeekSounds (which I also love), I am very happy to say that it intergrates well without any hacks. The only suggestion I would give is have the palm go back to sleep right after the alarm has finished. Other than that, I LOVE IT!

This app. is very usefull, but it strangely overrides the built in auto-off timer, I found myself couple of times with spent battery, almost crashed my Vx over the weekend.

This is a very useful little free application. Starting today I have to take some pills at certain preset intervals and this does a good job of reminding me. Fortunately, in the preset times (from 5 minutes to 8 hours), there was one time period that was what I needed. I never complain about apps like this as I am always grateful to these people who give us super little programmes for absolutely nothing, but if I had one suggestion, which would make it perfect, it would be that the developer lets us insert our own time period. His preset ones for instance, jumps from 4 to 8 hours! Also, in reply to a previous reviewer, if you have 3Alarm Hack you can assign any tune from GeekSounds to Pester, with any number of rings, and it works perfectly, but you must purchase the regular version of 3AlarmHack and not the Freeware one which doen't let you configure individual apps.

Does exactly what it says, excellent program. Only uses one standard sound (or a short beep) however. Would be nice to be able to chose from various system sounds, including Geek Sounds also available on Freewarepalm
