Thank you very much to create such a wonderful program. I had been searching this type of program for quite a long time for practicing Vipassana. It can do the countdown in background while I'm running other programs (e.g. Phone, datebook, etc.--wow). It's also alarm and auto-off my palm when switched-off. Work great on my treo650 event when I'm watching TCPMP video. I will recommend this to my friend who practicing Vipassana.
