Description:
This utility automates queries against the YP.com server and adds loads of features of its own.
This application is written specifically to take advantage of the Kyocera 6035/7135, Palm Treo 300/600/650, and Samsung i500's ability to dial phone numbers from the results of your residential or business directory queries, though most of the applications features will work on any standard wireless equipped palm device.
Features:
- Residential, Business and Reverse queries against the YP.com web site.
- Dial the phone number directory from the results screen.
- Calls MapQuest to show Map of address from results.
- Use Results, Addressbook entries, Airports, or manually entered addresses for Driving Directions.
- Keep results for later use until cleared.
- Copy number or entire entry to clipboard, copy to Address Book.
- Maintains last entered query parameters for next use.
- Store frequenty used search strings

I'm not the author of this software, nor would I in any way benefit from hyping it up. That being said, This is quite simply the single best piece of freeware for the Treo (and I download 'em all). It will: a) Prevent you from ever being lost again- choose a start and end point (look online, or choose from your contacts), and save the Google directions as a memo. b) Give you FREE 411 information, with seamless contact copying and mapping through Google. c) Save your butt hundreds of times, as it has done for me. If you ever leave your home with a treo, this application will make your life easy. Even if you have a GPS solution, as I do, I often find myself trusting DirAssist more. The author should be charging serious cash for this, but instead he just accepts donations. That's nothing short of heroic. :)

Great...free...application. Quickly searches the yellow pages and returns multiple matches for just about anything in the yellow pages. You can even search for residential numbers / addresses. The copy to contacts feature is fabulous. Not to mention the direct to mapquest functionality. A MUST HAVE!!
