Wow, it is really great on my E2! How do I get it to connect to my PC form another WiFi location other than near my computer? It won't connect, and the users guide doesn't seem to have an answer.

This is FREEWARE? I've been looking for something like this for years! I have tried other related products like Win-Hand, but this is perfect for my needs, and it is free! I use it all the time. It works pefect on my Tungsten E2. No doubts, Palm VNC is my favorite tool on my Palm!

Great stuff, unbelievable how it actually gets it's work done over a tiny link. I tried it on a Handspring treo and it works great. Only problem is that I can't seem to get and to work just yet.

Unbelievable. Like pcAnywhere for a Palm. I wouldn't want to use it for everyday remote access, but I'll guarantee it will come in handy. How many times have you been on the road and needed to send a file to someone that can only be found on your desktop system. Killer app!

It should be noted this will _not_ function with a VII or VIIx as a 'normal TCP/IP connection' is required, as Palm.Net does not provide this. Novatel's wireless modems for the Handspring Visor, IIIxe and Vx do, however, as will cell phones when used as wireless modems.
