We just noticed you have posted a link to download WeSync V1.52. This is a very old version of the software that is no longer available. Further, the current version of WeSync, V 1.55, will soon be discontinued has been replaced with ClearSync 1.0. The reason I am sending you this e-mail is because I am working for the company that has purchased WeSync from PalmSource and we have changed the name to ClearSync. ClearSync is now available on an annual subscription fee basis. Nevertheless, we do offer a 30-day free trial for new users. We would appreciate if you would remove WeSync from your website though you are welcome to list ClearSync as an upgrade to WeSync if you wish. We do ask, however, that you not post the actual ClearSync install executable for download as this is a violation of our license agreement. Rather, we would prefer that you direct your users to www.clearsync.com to get access to the latest version of our install program. Thank you very much for you time and consideration. The software requires that you store all your shared data on their server. Their privacy policy essentially states that they are free to look at your data all they want (just not sell it).
