Description:
The White House issued Homeland Security Directive-3, in March 2002, which established five threat conditions for possible terrorist attack.

Since March 2002, the United States has remained on yellow alert. Although no specific threat was disclosed

On Tuesday Sept. 10, 2002 the U.S. Homeland Security Office raised the nationwide state of alert to an ORANGE level, signifying a high risk of terrorist activity.

The risk level was raised on the eve of the one year anniversary of the terrorist attacks of September 11.

General explanations were given for preparedness activities for each level, but these were intended mainly for government agencies.

Across the country questions of What does a condition "yellow" mean to me or my family?

Let's hope we would not need to really deal with any of those codes.

Among other uses, this program makes a fantastic masturbatory aid for frightened xenophobes!

Wow!!! so many minds wound up so tight!

Wow, it's amazing how some peoples minds are so weak, that they actually believe all the shit their government shovels unto them. The US is just as bad as many of those it considers enemies. Like communism, I can't believe you still believe that crap. The US, and Canada, both created the threat of Communism so that it could keep the public away from their own economic problems

Patriots answer just goes to show why Americans are the planets favourite people

I have no idea what is wrong with you people (the "reviewers" that is) but I am sure it is hard to pronounce! I think this program is good for wading through the confusion of "code lingo". Thank-you and thanks for making it free:)

Screw you commie. If it weren't for the US, your country would have been wiped out years ago.

***** [Sep 13, 2002] by Mcla
It could have done pretty well with a single red colour since US is going to be under code red for many many years to come. It doesn't speak well of your patriotism to have assumed that the terror level could possibly be green. The commisar from FBI will contact you soon.
