Description:
Jotter is an application which allows you to record little bits of information in your day-to-day life.
Think of it as your personal (and private) blog. Now there is no excuse forgetting when you made a phone call, posted a letter, talked to the boss (and what the subject was), make that simple diary entry or track events for a project.
Features:
- Jot entries stored with a topic.
- Topics are user defined
- Filter by Topic and/or by search string
- Send to Memo based on filter criteria
- Send to a Doc file based on filter criteria
- Dump Jotter's entire database to memo (Comma separated fields).
- Dump a single record to memo (Comma separated fields).
- Purge Jots of a pre-defined age (over 90, 60 or 30 days old)
- Purge Jots by selection (i.e. based on filter criteria)
- Fast Text (Do you use the same words or phrases all the time?)
- Cleanup (housekeeping routine – deletes blank Jot etc.)
- Toggle sort by Date or Jot entry
Update Description:
- DIA Support.
- Password security feature.
- Light database encryption.
- Date displays are now padded out e.g. 01/01/05 instead of 1/1/05.

Free and does as advertised, who can complain. but I'd be nice if it could support DIA (e.g. 480x320) and 5-way navigation on Treo.

This works wel and all, but I still like Memo Pad for Blogs. I ust do a shortcut key and a D-T-S and the date and time is automatically placed. Plus, I can actually transfer the blog from palm-to=PC. But his still does as it is said. Good job.

This is been great. I've been using Google's Bologger and I nearly write all my blog post initially on the Palm. Had been using Memo app on the Plam but it was difficult to keep track of dates and order them properly so that I can later post them to Blogger. This is ideal for that. Dump to memo function is a must and as a request I why don't you add the feature to dump idividual blog entries to Memo. Keep up the good work!
