Description:
LeaderBk v3.0 is an electronic version of the leader book as described in FM 25-101, Battle Focused Training.
It is specifically for the Palm-enabled leader and contains most of the information a leader needs to keep track of their soldiers: track training status and proficiency, counselings, and other administrative information.
Soldiers records can be beamed to other leaders using LeaderBk 3.0 when soldiers move around the organization.
LeaderBk v3.0 grew from the original Squad Leader application that was geared towards Army squad and team leaders.

v3.0 (9/9/02):
New to this version are added information screens to include POVs, Promotion Status, Home of Record, Next of Kin and Notes, and an Alarm for reminding NCOER is due.
Also new to this version is a new menu system that allows users to access just about any page from the drop-down menu or by shortcut.

Excellent program! Keeps track of all your Joes without the big bulky binder! The only thing lacking is a PC Sync Element for easier data entry!
