You can record the Item name, date the rebate was sent off, method it was sent off, price of your rebate, and if the rebate was recieved.

Update Description:

• Changed the Date expected from a date format to a Date/Alarm field.
• This way an alarm will go off on the date that you are expecting your rebate to arrive.
• Added a second page were you can record a second rebate information for the same purchase.
• I then added a third table to display when the second rebate has arrived.
