Excellent dictionary! Articles are very comprehensive, with many different word meanings.

The only advantage of this program is the fact that it is freeware. But it can't compete at all with commercial products like Paragon's SlovoEd. Interface is very poor and not very user friendly, performance is slow, compression is near nothing... I chose Paragon's slovoed and though I had to pay some money for it, I think it's better than using so poor program like this one... :-(
