Description:
Free Dictionary for Vietnamese on Palm OS.
Four databases are available: English-Vietnamese, Vietnamese-English, French-Vietnamese and Vietnamese-French.
The program was tested for Palm OS 3.5.
Each database includes 10,000 to 20,000 entries with corresponding phonetic symbols.
The program uses embedded fonts and provides a fast search algorithm.

- New User Interface for multiple dictionary databases
- No limit for dictionary numbers
- System clock display
- 12000 entries for each, English-Vietnamese (anhviet.pdb) and Vietnamese-English (vietanh.pdb) dictionary
- 10000 entries for French-Vietnamese (phapviet.pdb)
- 20000 entries for Vietnamese-French (vietphap.pdb)
- Add database information form (name, number of entries, database size).
- Add browsing in meaning form
- Fix bugs for french accented letters (ē, ļ, ī, ė, ū)
- Simplify database opening fuction, bugs in information display fixed.

Great start but not compatible with Palm Tungsten T3 as it crashes severely.

I have a sony clie s360 on which I downloaded the vietdic which did not work at all. the vietdic is present in the launch application screen, but when I click on the icon, a message saying no data appears. However, the file is successfully downloaded in the MSgate application. If some one knows the solution, please help. Thanks.

Way to go!! I was so surprised to encounter this app!! 1st viet-eng dictionary ever on palm!! Yup, the search speed is really fast!!

Excellent! That is the first dictionary for Vietnamese language! The word search is at a speed I never saw on dictionaries for other languages.
