This is a free hack based on the old FontHack plus (which was never updated). It allows you to change any of the default fonts on an application by application or OS wide basis. This is an excellent program and the included TallFontsNew increases readability greatly simply by increasing the size of the fonts 1 pixel (note that the actual fontsize is not larger, it just takes advantage of the 1 pixel extra real estate). I'd give it a 5 except that font hacking has known compatibility issues you'll run into from time to time. I'm told thie later versions of FontHack123 are compatibly with PalmOS4 though which is pretty impressive. The only thing this thing is missing is cleartyping (splitting a color pixel into 3 pixels) and antialiasing, that would be something to see. If I owned a Sony Clie 700 or Handera I might want support for that too.
