I enjoy solving Crytograms, BUT I was tired of pencil, erasers, and erasure holes in my Sunday newspaper, so I wrote this program using Pocket Smalltalk!
CryptoAid helps you solve Simple 1:1 Cryptograms. You key or paste a puzzle into the screen, guess the letter combinations, "Crypto" to "Solution", and solve the puzzle.
As you guess, the answer appears below the puzzle text.
The ZIP fle includes 60 cryptograms to put into memopad, then copy and paste into CryptoAid.
Smalltalk source and Resource files are also included.

Restores the current puzzle and solution when you start the application the next time!
I was really frustrated too, so now CryptoAid restores puzzle and solution from session to session.
Sorry it took a while, but I''ve figured out how do to a Palm database, and how to reload the puzzle and solution at startup.
When you hit (GO) the current puzzle is saved. When you hit (IS), the current solution is saved.
