WOW. This is one of the best programs I have found for Palm OS, period. It worked great on my SJ20, and even better on my Tungsten E. Thank you very much.

Excellent, no, OUTSTANDING graphix. Best game I've ever downloaded.

Nice game. I had a hard time on my Zire 31 because it only has contacts and schedule buttons. I would really like 5-way navigation support. Other than that, really cool!

Excentlent game. Works great on my Tungsten|E in safe mode. The feature I love most is making your on tracks.

Wow! Me likey! I guess the Palm is the last great game programming frontier, after nVidia and ATI killed it on the PC. This works well on my Tungsten E, but only in safe mode (reduced resolution graphics). Turning safe mode off and running a demo results in the graphics only appearing on the top of the screen, with a ghost of the main launcher menu on the rest. It would be great if it would run at the full resolution of the Tungsten's display :-)

This game is so awesome! I can't believe the graphics on my Clie SJ22! Very well done!

This is a very, very, very good game. It runs on my tungsten w. I dunno how to play it using the graffiti though. For tungsten c/w users, just press the date button to turn left, the address button to turn right, and the mail button to start the engine. what's so great about this game is its customizability. you could change your car colors and even the race tracks. the only thing missing in this game is the lack in game instructions. but it's a great game nonetheless. reminds me of stunt run on my p800... only better!

The graphics engine is a magnificent achievement, but the game itself is unplayable - the terrain is too flat (you can't see enough of the road ahead) and you can drive across the water with impunity. Great technical work though. Is anyone else reminded of 'Elite'?

This game worked perfectly on my clie sj33. You just need to turn HiRes assist off. Thanx man!

Sure wish I knew Russian! I've tried to download this thing for MONTHS!. Never could. Finally found a page in russian(I guess) that showed up in tooltips as Napalmracing.zip, so I clicked it. http://napalm-games.narod.ru/NapalmRacing/Download/NapalmRacing.zip. Took 2 tries, but finally got the game...in russian... Has anyone found an English version? I'm not a xenophobe, I just can't READ russian. Just English, and Appalachian...("ya'll jes gorta clik that thar thang..") Nice game, though. I wish the view was at a bit higher elevation so I could see turns coming up better. All in all - VERY IMPRESSIVE programming on a Palm (now the language...).

Cool, but the graphics aren't as cool as they appear on the add!

This game is amazing, and I can't believe it's freeware. However, the map editor kept giving me a fatal error when I tried to open a track on my Clie SJ30.

Works great on my Zire 71 Palm. Really nice game. It is really good to have a bit of Mac OS look on my Palm. Best thing since my Newton! Thank you.

As well as Vince, the game only used approximately 1/3rd at the top of the screen on my my SJ30. The car stayed in the center of the barely visible track therefore it didn't not have the graphic's I was looking for. I am a race car game enthusiast, therefore being able to race on my Palm would have been great. I will check back occasionally to see if these problems have been corrected for the Clie SJ30.

Ran it briefly on my Tungsten. Crash, lock up, forced hard reset.

This works even on my palm 105, its great. The map editor is easy to use and the game plays well, what else can you ask for?

This program looks great on my Treo90 when it runs in demo mode. The problem is that there is no way of controlling the car since there is no grafiti area on the Treo and this program doesn't overide the buttons(date book, address, Memo, etc). If you press on one of these buttons, you exit the game. Very nice graphics- in color.

If there was another star, I would give it. Just shows that the PalmOS can be used for more than just card games. The game play is fast and smooth enough on my greyscale HS Treo (OS3.5). All I need now is a plug-in steering wheel :)

This game is all around great!!!!!!!!!

I would echo the comments below. I had problems with the previous versions on an M505, which kept getting a Fatal. I e-mailed the author, very responsive and the new 1.26 version solves everything. Keep it up and thanks.

This totally hangs my Tungsten. A hard reset was neccesary - lost everything.

In 'normal' mode on my SJ30, I just get a small screen at the top, and a big black and white flashing box taking up two thirds of the screen! Switch to 'safe mode' and response is slow, and speed indicator wildly flashes between + and - speeds even if only pressting accelerator? Very strange.

Excellent graphics. great game. New ver 1.26 works with handspring visor prism. Top Notch job.

What was great is now Brilliant. Today (13th Feb) the writer, Alexander, has updated twice. He is now on v1.26 with a safe mode. Yesterday my T625 was crashing, but after a few hours, and a few emails, he saved the day. SO ANYONE WHO HASN'T DOWNLOADED V1.26, Do so. This is THE BEST FREEWARE SIMULATION GAME YOU WILL FIND FOR A WHILE. If you had crashes this morning, re-download this afternoons v1.26 and go to the title page of both the Game and the track editor and tick the safe mode box. This should make it compatible with all Palms OS. VERY IMPRESSIVE. Play single race, Championship, against 0-8 competitors. Three levels of hardness, Make your own tracks with a stroke of a pencil. Adjust your car's properties and colour. It is good to see the Developer is checking these Boards. The Quality is excellent. Well Done Alexander.

Great program! I never would have thought the palm could do this level of game! I did hit one small bug though: I made a random trackby just running my stylus across the screen and set no waypoints. I ran it and it said finish instantly (that's not the bug though). Then, as the camera flew around the car, there was a fatal exception. I have an m505 with os 4.0.0 if that helps. And to the guy who wants colour: you need to install the colour version, there are two seperate programs files.

Looks like a great game - unfortunately, when I try to open the zip file, it comes up corrupted.
***** [Jan 16, 2003] by Jack
WOW! It's like a game for the sega-mega drive. Bloody amazing power for a relatively small game! To the developer: you might want to note that you can drive right over water giving u a bit of an advantage. If you play it straight though, WOW! Best game for Palm i've seen! Great job!
***** [Jan 10, 2003] by Joe
It's awsome, but could seomeone tell me how to get the color to work? I got an m130, and I cant figure out how to get it in color... e-mail me, or reply here :)

This is an incredible looking game. Runs great on my m130. I wish MSMount saw this game however, so I could load it and all the tracks onto my memory card.
