Nicely executed, works fine on my T3. The one thing that it needs to make it excellent is the ability to undo a mistake. As it is, if you enter one thing wrong, there is no going back (at least as far as I could tell). The package could use a brief readme. I think I figured out MPR and MPD from playing around with it, but unsure what that box to the left of MPR. Good work overall however.
