Description:
An implementation of Conway's life game for Palm OS.
In this release, you can:
- Import life patterns from 'Life' category in Memo Pad.
- Go, stop, step forward, step backward, go until, and reset.
- Scroll by tapping the edge of the life display area.
- Magnify or demagnify life patterns from 1/64 to x16.
- Application itself consumes only 10k of your precious memory.(but life patterns may eat up...)
Update Description:
New with ver 0.7 (2002/05/13):
- Load pattern file from "/PALM/Programs/Life" directory on VFS.
- Support high-res screen of Sony CLIE series and HandEra 330.
- Source code is under the terms of the GNU GPL.

It is a good, fast program for viewing patterns, but you can't view oscilators (patterns that repeat themselves) without holding-down the "step-forward" key. You also can't draw or save patterns right in the program (hint hint), but otherwise it's a good program.

This is amazing all though would not be very good for game players. If you just want some fun its good too. I managed to create my own life patterns in memo and whatch to see what happened.
