A handy bitmap pattern drawing tool, BitBop is a freeware developers tool to make 8 x 8 tiles for use with the Palm OS API WinSetPattern.
It also just happens to make for an amusing puzzle to see how many nice designs can be made with exactly 64 pixels.
Use BitBop to design a pattern tile. Your design will be displayed onscreen as you make changes.
BitBop also does the bit math for you, so you can just copy and paste the result into your CustomPatternType foopattern = {...}; statement.
EZ, and as stated earlier: Also mildly amusing as a puzzle, or as a fun way to learn about bit math.
