The Department of Defense released body fat measurement standards which are utilized by the Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps, and Coast Guard.
While the maximum percentages allowed varies by service, the method of calcuation remains the same.
You can utilize this program to see what your bodyfat percentage is through your Palm handheld easily with no need for the charts.
If you are considering joining the U.S. military, you can use this software to make sure you are within body fat standards.
Latest standards as of this softwares release date for all services is included within the software. MathLib and NS Basic Runtime required(Included in .ZIP file).

I don't know how it is for the other services, but this is NOT the same measurements for the Army for women. Services are not standard. Army uses ht, wt, neck, hips, wrist and forarm and rounds to nearest .25 in--this program does NOT do that so you will not get correct numbers if you are interested in Army standard.

Great idea. Would be great if the program could also use metric units. The world has gone metric if you didn't notice
