Looked like a nice program, however every time I tried to enter a patient's DOB, the system crashed due to a bug so I never got a chance to actually use it.

Nice program in that you can keep a data base on patients and a lot of information. Unfortunately, it is very easy to screw up. If you forget to save, all your work is done. Also if you don't watch carefully you will be writing data on the wrong patient.
