Description:
With this program, you are going to be able to keep an extensive medical database that will suit your needs:
- Your doctors' names and specialities.
- Your doctors' emergency phones.
- All the clinics and data about them.
- Your doctor appointments, with alarm to remember you.
- Your medicines, what dose and an alarm to remember you.
- Your surgeries.
- Your allergies.
All the information can be accessed from tables for easier lookup.
And the best of all is that it is FREE!
I am 15 years old, so I'm making it freeware. (Well, I was when I started this app. I am 17 now).

Please note: Version 2.0 is a completely rewritten program. This, unfortunately, means that the databases created with version 1.0 are not compatible with this new version.

I have found this program really useful for keeping track of doctors and medications, which I'm always forgetting. Just one suggestion: could you put in a section for personal and family medical history? Remembering which relative had which illness, or what year I had chicken pox, has always been a pain. Thanks for the excellent (free!) program.

Being diabetic and allergic to a few medications, I find this application a "must have". Once you have your information completed, this application could actually be a lifesaver. I have beamed it to countless co-workers and friends, and it is on ALL of my Palm devices!
