Description:
Botzam MIDIPlay allows you to play the MIDI files that reside in the memory of your device as well as on removeable Media.
This is the first beta release of this software and is a free download.

I was looking for a program like this for a while. The monotonic MIDI is not a problem, as the Palm has quite limited sound support. Good work.

Goood, but IT IS NOT true MIDI. It only uses basic Palm OS 3.0 MIDI beep functions. Also, the tracker bar is way of accurate. This may be because most midi files have more than one track, so 1 track and it's OK, so it's off by the the length of the track * the number of tracks. (It is not polphonic so it has to compenste, making the tracker unreliable).

Makes a Fatal Error loop or Fatal Exception in my Zire 71 after a few clicks! Also, add support for a FULL(TRUE) MIDI File, not a monotonic player. You guys have a lot of job to do for this...

Not bad. Had a few crashes resulting in a reset. The tracker doesn't seem to work, and there are a few other issues I have too. Plays compatible songs fine though.

Installed 03/20/05 on my new PalmOne Treo 600 (Verizon), played flawlessly. No hits, No runs, No errors. Did not interfer in any manner with all other programs on the Treo.

You're so true Jeebo! I just installed it on my Clie SJ-20. Luckily I had backed up everything because Jeebo wrote a review saying he lost all his data... well guess what, same thing happened to me! This software is DANGEROUS!

I have installed and now my Palm is not usable... I only have a screen with a "Fatal Exception" all times I try to use my palm, after all resets of the world!!!
