I don't use an extra spreadsheet to do my expense accounts as my company's expense system does all the calculations and archiving I need.

I wanted a simple-to-use trip expense tracking program that allows me to easily track expense items, configure the expense categories, and supports trip templates for recurring similar trips, and multiple currency support.

The data, if you want, can be extracted to CSV format on your Windows PC via an included utility and BAT file for importing into your favorite database or spreadsheet program.
