v0.9.8b (03/18/03):
- Missing features of v0.9.8 are implemented.
- A little documentation is included in the zip file, which is better organised.

- Too many updates in this releases ! Download and test but please BACKUP your old database and your old velo.prc. new database format, but import features. Documentation will follow.
