Description:
Do you remember Talking Moose - who was living in old Macintosh? Yes, Finally he is back to Palm Device.
This Moose is the first palm application that uses flite - speech synthesis engine from CMU.
You can invite Moose in your small Palm Device and sometimes he talks in English.
He is very greedy moose. You need to make a large memory space and Palm OS 5.X (Garnet) Device with Sound Stream Feature Set.

Aww man! This is the coolest program I have ever seen! But My palm pilot doesn't have a sound card so it can only make simple beeps. Man, I wish I could use this! Everyone needs to have this!!!!!

This is truly an excelent program!!! Why not make it a Desktop Accessory or a Hack so it can be launched over any application?

It´s an excellent program. Works great on the Tungsten T5, but does not even run on Tungsten t. Version 1.1.3 tell the time, its funny

Moose is an excellent program. I've been looking for a good text to speech program for a while. In fact I had basicly given up on finding one. It runs great on the Tungsten E, but is slow and causes resets on the Tungsten E2. I suspect that this is a problem with the Tungsten E2, but I'm not sure.

This thing is great. I saw a pay app that did the same thing. But sometimes a reset box will come up that says failed to load shared library. Then the reset box will just go away. Sometimes it will leave a shadow. Moose wont work until the palm is reset but everything else works fine. This is just another thing to impress people that palms are more than organizers now. ;)

I loved the Talking Moose on the old Macs! This works perfectly on my T3. It would be nice to see more options in the future. Great Job!
