Using similar techniques as the populair DVD Catalyst and DVD Catalyst GT, Music Catalyst GT converts and compresses music files to various fileformats and filesizes.
Depending on your needs, it's possible to convert an average music collection (1 CD) to filesizes of about 15MB through to 84MB per CD.

Convert music from one frmat to another. If you have music that is not supported by your music player, just use Music Catalyst GT to convert them to a supported format.
Compresses music files to allow you to store to upto 10x more songs on the same filespace/memorycard *Basic Player functionality that can play most (unprotected/non-drm) fileformats, even if your computer can not.
Individual music file conversion
Batch-Mode: Select a folder containing your music, and Music Catalyst GT will scan for all music files, including all subfolders. In Batch-Mode even the folder structure will be completely re-created, so your converted songs will be in the same folder-structure as they were found.

Hey I hope somebody can answer my question, when I open my mUSIC CATalyst and I select a music file to compress it appears the message "Access violation at adress 01239567. Write of address 017FB54E
