q2d converts ALL external keyboards from QWERTY to Dvorak.

This program has two distinct drawbacks: 1- it remaps unshifted characters to match the Dvorak layout, but shifted characters follow the regular keyboard, 2- all character inputs are remapped, so a 'j' entered via grafitti shows up as 't' instead. (In all fairness, this is for version 0.1 of the program.)
